En ese caso, los datos se tratan para la ejecución del contrato, para ponerse en contacto con el usuario en relación con el contrato y para su gestión, la gestión de reclamaciones de garantía legalasistencia, solicitudes de desistimiento, gestión y resolución del contrato. Este tratamiento es obligatorio para la ejecución del contrato en el que el usuario es parte;
3. c) para cumplir algún tipo de obligación exigida por las leyes vigentes, reglamentos, normativas asociadas, uso comercial y temas fiscales/tributarios. Este tratamiento es necesario para el cumplimiento de una obligación legala la que está sujeto el Responsable del Tratamiento;
4. d) para otros fines adicionales o relacionados con lo indicado anteriormente y que entren dentro del ámbito de las actividades del sitio web;
5. e) dar curso a solicitudes concretas realizadas por el usuario al Responsable del Tratamiento de comunicaciones informativas relacionadas con los servicios del Responsable del Tratamiento por correo electrónico o cumplimentando formularios de contacto y utilizando otras herramientas de comunicación como el teléfono o la mensajería instantáneacomo WhatsApp Business, Messenger live, etc. Este tratamiento es facultativo, y se basa en el consentimiento del usuario, no obstante, la no comunicación de uno o varios datos causará la imposibilidad de responder a la solicitud de información y de utilizar los servicios ofrecidos por el Responsable del Tratamiento;
6. f) para el envío de información y ofertas promocionales y comerciales también a través del servicio de newsletter, correo electrónico, buzón o SMS. Este tratamiento se basa en el consentimiento libremente expresado por el usuario;
7. g) con fines de soft spam para permitir al Titular del tratamiento enviar al usuario por correo electrónico comunicaciones promocionales relativas a Productos y/o Servicios adquiridos sin necesidad del consentimiento expreso y previo del usuario, tal y como exige el art. 130, párrafo 4, Código de Privacidad, y siempre que el usuario no ejerza el derecho de oposición. Este tratamiento se basa en el art. 130, párrafo 4, del Código de Privacidad según lo dicho por el Decreto Legislativo n.° 101 de 2018;
8. h) para realizar análisis estadísticos sobre datos agregados y anónimos con el fin de analizar el comportamiento del usuario, mejorar los productos y servicios prestados por el Responsable del Tratamiento y satisfacer las expectativas del usuario;
9. i) para actividades de elaboración de perfiles con fines de marketing. Este tratamiento se basa en el consentimiento libremente expresado por el usuario;

- Los datos recogidos para las obligaciones contractuales se almacenarán durante el tiempo necesario para el cumplimiento de los fines mencionados y de conformidad con la legislación vigente;

- Los datos recogidos para las obligaciones fiscales / administrativas serán almacenados durante el tiempo necesario para el cumplimiento de los fines mencionados y de acuerdo con la legislación vigente;
